One of the main goals in the construction world is to realize products and solutions that improve the insulation performance of homes and building envelopes in general as much as possible.
In this context, Edilcass has designed the THEGO PVC profile for the production of high thermal insulation frames.

The section of the THEGO PVC frame allows an extreme versatility and ease of assembly, even in the presence of jambs, front finishments or thermal coatings.
Frame fixation may include the use of a 15 mm multilayer dowel.
The standard 50 mm ledge may be reduced by foisting the profile near the side of the lateral cutting guides spaced 5 mm.
The PVC thermal frame has a predisposition for anchoring clamps and angular assembly brackets.
It may also be installed with turbo screws.

The section of the subframe in PVC THEGO PLUS, allows an extreme versatility and ease of assembly, even in the presence of jambs, front finishments or thermal coatings.

It is expected the use of a multilayer insert of variable-size 18 mm for the frame positioning.
The standard 70 mm ledge may be reduced by foisting near the cutting guides.
Thego Plus frame installation takes place by turbo screws.

Typologies

Thanks to these features, the new PVC THEGO profile can be combined with a wooden multilayer or other support, thus obtaining new frame solution at high performance insulating.
