The boxes in EPS manufactured by Edilcass are used to store a shading system (rolling shutter, sun louvers or curtains) and are complete of the accessories needful to move the blind system itself.
Edilcass has two different EPS boxes production lines, which give rise to two families of product:
STANDARD BOXES
MOLDED TUNNEL PROFILE
The standard boxes are made by cutting EPS bars to size of 6 m produced by the Edilcass molding plants.
The 6 m bars are equipped with metal reinforcement, aluminum support profiles and can have an external finish in cement mortar, brick, wood fibers or polystyrene for improved adhesion.
BOXES E-BOX
CUTTED TO PANTOGRAPH PROFILE
Line of boxes made with a pantograph hotwire foam cutting. It is possible to produce customized shapes of boxes based on the customer’s needs.
